I had a little problem this week. I bought some ginger to make some SuJeongGwa but my wife fell and broke his arm and I’ve been busy taking care of her. Now my ginger looks like it is drying up and I’m not sure how much of it is still salvageable and also how do I store it better from now on so it doesn’t go bad if I’m not able to use it right away?
