  3. Unsalted butter : 20g
  4. Salt : 1/3 tsp (optional)
    Dough
  5. Purple sweet potato : 110g
  6. Glutinous rice flour : 110g
  7. Sugar : 20g
  8. Cooking oil : 1 Tbsp
  9. Boil water : 3 Tbsp (for sugar)
  10. Boil water : 50ml
  11. Dried white sesame : 5 Tbsp
