5 cup or more - fresh bean sprouts
4 green onions, cut into 1 inch lengths
6 garlic cloves minced
2 cup- ground pork
1 tsp white or black ground pepper
1 tsp sugar
4 squirts of fish sauce
Heat a fry skillet and add the oil, garlic and pork. The pork is cooked, add bean sprouts and green onions then add pepper, sugar and fish sauce stir it for less 1 mins. Side with jasmine rice.
