- 2lbs pork shoulder
- 1lbs pork belly
- 1/2 cup of dice green onions
- 3/4 cup lemon grass minced Finley
- 1/2 cup cooked glutinous rice
- 2tsp lime leaves minced Finley
- 8 gloves of garlic
- Fresh hot peppers 🌶 ( *optional)
- 2tsp of oyster sauce
10.2tsp sea salt or ( *kosher ) - 1tsp of sugar ( sugarcane sugar)
12.1tsp peppers (black or white)
13 1tsp of fish sauce
Ground the pork shoulder & pork belly once then marinated for 20mins in the fridge. Then Ground the 2nd time.
Clean the casings in salt water.
Then stuff the sausages
Good with sticky rice
