RECIPE :
A. Heat 3-4tbsp of oil. Add coarsely chopped garlic, ginger and big onions and stirfry till fragant. Add 1.5tbsp of chilli paste (if u like very spicy, add more chilli paste). Fry till can see chilli oil separate then immediately add chopped tomato (1 tomato chopped coarsely). Stir fry till tomato is soft.
B. Add in prawns (marinated with pinch of salt earlier). Sautee well on medium heat.
C. Add 3tbsp tamarind water and 1tsp of sugar. Once prawns is cooked and sauce reduced as in pic, it is ready to serve. Enjoy 😋😋
