Plant based cabbage wraps. Super healthy but still delicious 😋

I basically love to have fun with my recipes 😁😁

Here are some ingredients you could try on your own;

The wraps I used are cabbage leaves, which I blanch in hot water for about 20 seconds (to make them soft). I use spring onions to secure the cabbage 10 seconds in hot water to fillings.

☘️The fillings are☘️

🌱Red onion
🌱Garlic
🌱Carrots
🌱Mushrooms
🌱Spring onions
🌱Tomatoes
🌱Tofu (or you can use any proteins you like)
🌱Coriander

All need to be chopped in to very small pieces with your choice of seasoning.

Then I steamed in my rice cooker 20 mins yummy!!!🌻🌻🌻🌻
