NAM is very popular street food in Thailand especially Esarn, Eastern part of Thailand.

I am not a Thai Chef and this is my journey to Esarn. I am cooking as a hobby while staying at home.

I adapt the recipe according to what I have at home. (rural area of the city in USA).

My adapt NAM (Fermented Pork Sausage) recipe

1 lb ground Pork
1 1/2 cup brown rice
1/2 cup minced garlic
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

Mix all ingredients and form into a ball, put in glass container and close lid, let sit for 72 hours until it is fully fermented. Grill or fry. I like to use it in Omlette. It is delicious. It normally serves with fresh gingers and fresh Thai chilli.
