I NEEDED to have some piping hot Hoddeok (Korean Sweet Pancake) on this cold day in London. I’m happy to report that the mission was accomplished, and I still remember every crispy, chewy, and gooey bite of it!
I had them on its own and also one with a scoop of ice-cream with a sprinkle of the sugar filling.
