Ingredients:
- 10-12 oz NY Steak
- 1.5 Sweet onion
- 3 Mini bell peppers ( variety colors)
- 1 whole Shallot
Seasoning : - 2/3 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 2/3 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp mushroom seasoning
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 3/4 tbsp sugar
- 1.5 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- Onion cut into small wedges , remove seeds from bell peppers and cut into strings
- NY Steak cut into cubes. Marinate with all the seasoning, after the meat is well mixed with the seasoning, add in the bell peppers and onion. Continue to mix until the vegetable is coated with the seasoning from the meat.
- Hot a pan , add some oil , add chopped garlic and wait until the garlic turns golden, add in the meat and vegetables. Cook in high heat and stir quick and frequently for 5-8 minutes ( depend on how well done you want your meat to be cooked. Serve hot with steam rice or bread. Thank you and Enjoy
