Finally made them and I'm in love! Where have these been all my life?!? The recipe I followed said to let them set for 6-24 hrs. Also cooked my eggs a little longer since I don't like runny yolk. Going to remove these and keep the marinade in the fridge to make more later this week. I saw that you can reuse the marinade, but how long would you say it's good for?
