Recipe:
Imitation shark fin one bag Idepends on how many people, enough for 5-6 people)
1-2 Skinless Chicken Breast
5-6 Chinese mushrooms - sliced
salt, vinegar, Sesame oil, Knorr pork bullion broth cube, corn starch
Instructions:
Cook Chicken Breast in one quart of water (I used Instant Pot, for 25 mins on stew setting) You can add water to your serving so as chicken breast!
Then, use the chicken broth for Soup base and change into a normal pot to cook!
Shredded the chicken breast by hand! Put in the Soup & sliced mushrooms bring to boil, also with 2 teaspoonful vinegar, pork broth cube & one spoon Sesame oil!
Then, put in the imitation Shark Fin, stirred with shredded chicken! After that, put in 2-3 spoonful starch diluted with 1 spoonful water and add into the soup to stir! Turn off and put in your favor ingredients like salt and some more vinegar to your taste! I like to put a lot of chicken & shark fin and make a thick Soup!
