Ingredients:
2 cups shredded green papaya
1/4 cup shredded carrots
11/2 tbsp fish sauce
11/2 tbsp palm sugar/regular
sugar
4 tbsp of lime/ lemon juice
cherry tomatoes or regular tomatoes, chopped
2 chilli peppers, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
Procedure:
In a big bowl, mix the shredded papaya and carrots.
Add half of the sauce. Mix until well combined.
Add all of the other ingredients and drizzle the other half of the sauce.
Plate and garnish with toasted peanuts.
*Adjust sourness and sweetness according to your liking.
