Ingredients
- 70g khao soi curry paste ( if don’t have, can use chili curry paste instead by adding 2 tbs.coriander seed, 1/2 tbs. curry powder and 1 tbs ted cardamom pods)
- 4 drumsticks chicken
- 500 ml thin coconut milk (250 ml water mixed with 250 ml thick coconut milk)
- 300 ml thick coconut milk
- 2 tbs fish sauce
- 1 tbs palm/coconut sugar
- flat noodles (about 50-75 gr for each serving)
- crispy noodles
- oil for deep frying
- oil for stir frying curry paste
- salt

- deep fried and ground dry chilies
