I made Shio soba and tempura for lunch!

I felt want to eat Gobo tempura today.
it’s my favorite!
I really missed Gobo when I was in abroad long time ago.

I haven’t seen any post of Tori ten(chicken breast tempura )on this page.
So let me introduce you how to make Tori ten.

For 2〜3people
1 chicken breast
1/2 〜1teaspoon salt
2tablespoon sesame oil
Ginger

Batter
Flour : potate starch / 7:3
Add cold water until the batter gets like pancake dough.

Cut the chicken breast into bite size.
Add salt,grated ginger and marinate them.
Let them rest for at least for 10 minutes.
Add sesame oil and marinate for while.

Put the batter on and deep-fry.

It doesn’t have any dry texture!

Additional
Shio soba (salt soba) is new popular in Japan.
The dashi tsuyu (soup)is only seasoned with salt.no soy sauce.
I sprinkled some Yuzu citrus zest on it.
I think Yuzu citrus is essential!
