I'm a big fan of koobideh so tonight I made my own version, "kalbideh" (dduk kalbi on a picanha skewer) served with stir fried kimchee, kbbq restaurant style salad and sweet potato rice in the le creuset. Sorry if i misappropriated anyone's culture...
