Today I made Tteokbokki and crispy seaweed roll

it's called Kimmari (김말이) that is one of my favorite soul Korean street food.
I recommend this recipe to people who like thin skin of tempura.

김말이 Seaweed Rolls
당면 Glass Noodles 200g
간장 Soy Sauce 1T
설탕 Sugar 1/4~1/2t
소금 Salt 1/4t
참기름 Sesame Seed Oil 1T
당근 Carrot 30g
대파 Scallion 30g
김 Seaweed 6sheets

튀김옷 Frying Mixture
튀김가루 Frying mix 2/3cup
차가운물 Cold water 2/3cup
frying mix and water 1:1
