Shrimp Recipe:
Fry the shrimps and set aside.
Blanch the vegetables in boiling water for about1 minute and take it out and immerse it in cold water.
In a wok fry the green pepper, finely chopped garlic and diced onions till fragrant. Pour the sauce and let it thicken. Then add back the vegetables and shrimp back in the wok and stir til everything is coated with the sauce. Add half teaspoon each of xaoxing wine and sesame oil and stir and serve.
Sauce mix.
2 TBS soya sauce, 1 TBS oyster sauce, half TSP each of dark soya sauce, sesame oil, sugar, dash of pepper, 1 TBS corn starch and 1/2 cup chicken stock. Mix it well.
