RECIPE :
A. Pork ribs loin (8 pieces-2inches) - size, cut into small pieces like dim sum.(I kept mine big pieces cos lazy 😁)
B. Marinate ribs with 1tbsp minced garlic + 1tbsp minced ginger + 1tbsp sesame oil + 1tbsp chinese wine (shaoxing wine) + 1tbsp oyster sauce + 1tbsp salted black beans + a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix well and set aside for at least 3hrs or overnight is ok too but ensure cover it.
C. Just before you steam, add 1tsp cornflour + 2tbsp water if you like a bit of sauce + some cut fresh chilli (optional).
D. Steam for 30mins on high heat. Once meat is tender..ready to serve. Enjoy 😋😋
