It’s the whole “rabbit fought over by the tigers” situation again but I can understand why. Kimchi is just so damn good!!! Haha! This article pushed me into researching more of the history of kimchi for the past hour (I hope it does the same for everyone else) and it was very awesome to learn about other countries’ variations on kimchi, the introduction of red pepper to Korean food, and even the annual kimchi festivals which I am determined to attend when covid fades. ❤️
