Dish name: Winged Bean Spicy Salad (Yum Tua Plu)

It goes well with beer. Normally served in Thai bars as a snack.
The salad dressing is coconut milk based. Overall flavor is sweet and sour with a hint of Thai chili jam aroma and creaminess from coconut milk.
Lots of crunchy bits of fried red onions, blanched winged beans, and peanuts.
Dressing:
Lime
Palm sugar
fish sauce
Thai chilli jam
coconut milk
fresh or dried chilies (optional)
feel free to adjust the ratio to suit your taste. If eating as a snack should not be too salty.
Key ingredients:
winged beans (blanched)
fried red onions
minced pork (boiled)
roughly ground roasted peanuts
boiled eggs
blanched shrimps
