SEA CUCUMBER PORK RIBS MUSHROOM RECIPE

Sharing another must have dish for my Chinese New Year Reunion Dinner SEA CUCUMBER PORK RIBS MUSHROOM. If you don't eat sea cucumber, you can totally do without and it still taste yummy. Enjoy 😋
RECIPE :
A. Marinate pork ribs (abt 10piece) with 1tbsp oyster sauce + 1tsp salt + half tsp pepper + 1tbsp chinese wine. Put in fridge for at least 1hour
B. Clean 2 large fresh sea cucumbers and cut into thumbsize (bot to small pieces). Put aside.
C. Heat wok with 3tbsp oil. Add 1tbsp minced garlic + 1tbsp ginger. Fry till light brown then add chinese mushroom (soaked in cold water abt 10 medium pieces, when soften throw water). Stir fry till fragrant.
D. Add in pork ribs and fry on high heat for about 2mins. Add 1tbsp dark soya sauce + 1tbsp oyster sauce. Add 2 cup of water and let it come to a boil then cover wok and put heat on low to simmer ribs for about 5mins.
E. Add sea cucumber and cover wok. Let it stew slowly for abt 15mins. Once ribs is tender (soft and detach easily from bone). To thicken the sauce add cornflour mix (3tbsp +1tsp cornflour). Add more water if you prefer more sauce.
