I am on a diet and was told about this stuff....
My wife told me that they do eat Konjac in Korea, but it is normally not in the noodle form (Which I think is Japense) but in a jelly form. Kind of like Acorn Jelly shape?? Anyways, these things taste like nothing and smell kind of funny, but I tried adding some basic Korean ingredients to it and they aren't bad at all. Just BE AWARE OF SIDE EFFECTS! Research them first before you fill your belly!!! ^^
Ingredients: Salad
6 bundles Noodles (strained and rinsed)
1 Green Onion
3/4 tsp Soy Sauce
1/2 tsp Sesame Oil
1 pinch of Sugar
1 Pinch of Gochugaru
1 Pinch of Pepper
Roasted Sesame seeds on top
Step 1: Strain and Rinse the Noodles
Step 2: Add all the other ingredients,
Step 3: Mix and Enjoy! ^^
Ingredients: Fried Noodle
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
8 bundles Noodles (strained and rinsed)
3 Black Oyster Mushrooms
1 Green Onion
7 Small Cooked Shrimp
1-2 tsp Soy Sauce
1 pinch sugar
Roasted Sesame Seeds
Pepper to taste
1/2 tsp Sesame Oil
Step 1: Pan Fry the Mushrooms, Green Onion and Shrimp
Step 2: Strain and Rinse the Noodles
Step 3: Add all other ingredients and cook for about 2 minutes
Step 4: Serve and Enjoy! ^^
