For sauce - 2 Tbsp gochujang
1 Tbsp sesame oil
1 Tbsp sugar – I used raw sugar
1 Tbsp roasted sesame seeds
1 tsp vinegar – I used apple vinegar
1 tsp minced garlic

For meat - I used beef mince and marinated it in bit of soy sauce ,sugar ,garlic ,pepper and salt to taste . Let it rest and just cook it in sesame oil ( gets done in 4-5 mins ) .

For vegetables-. Saute shitake mushrooms , thinly cut ( matchstick ) carrots in little bit of sesame oil and lightly season .

Cut cucumber in matchsticks

Blanch spinach and season it with sea salt and sesame oil

You can also use sprouts , radish etc ( but I didn't have sprouts at home )

Assemble cooked rice in a bowl , top it with meat ,veggies of your choice and fried egg on top . Drizzle the Bibimbap sauce ( use it as per your taste ) .

I served it with Bibimbap sauce, kimchi and pickled radish .
