Today is Monday, December 17/2021.
- After waking up this morning I brush to freshen up. At that time one of my elder brothers named his life he called me that he should come to my house as soon as possible because there will be a ceremony at my house. Dawa was arranged. And for which my elder brother Jiban called me to his house by phone. And just after that his mother came and I took this picture while talking to me.
- You can see that a lot of people have gathered here because there is a big event going on here which is why a lot of chefs from outside have come here to cook and the chefs here have very good quality cooking gifts for which they have been invited and here we are Sitting down to pay attention to how they are cooking.
- Here's a brother our age. He's a cook. He's cooking very well. We're here to watch the chase.
- Then you will notice one thing where a lot of cooking material is kept here so that we do not run out of anything and especially here you will find all the materials we need for cooking.
- After cooking here, the sasmans have been kept in a very beautiful way, which is why all kinds of food has been prepared in the sasmans, such as gram pulses cooked here and khasir meat, beef, eggs, chicken roast etc. have been cooked here.
- You can see that the meats are beautifully kept because the meat is cooked and especially the meat that has been cooked cannot be expressed in words and you can't understand how beautifully they cooked the food that came from outside. Cooked.
- We, the people of the village, after cooking at a function or at a house, the place where these cooked things are kept is what we call Bhandar Khana and from that Bhandar Khana we are told to roast the gram dal beautifully in a bowl.
You can see that the people in charge here are bringing this rice and meat very nicely to feed the people at the feast. And there are a lot of people here who have already started eating and drinking. The young generation is serving the food. They are serving this food very nicely. One of the things that bothered me is that most of the time there is a ganjam in the wedding ceremony but there is no ganjam in the wedding house where I am today. আজ সকাল বেলায় ঘুম থেকে ওঠার পরে আমি ফ্রেশ হবার জন্য ব্রাশ করি সেই সময় আমার এক বড় ভাই নাম তার জীবন সে আমার কাছে ফোন দেয় যে তাড়াতাড়ি আমার বাড়িতে আসতে হবে কারন আমার বাড়িতে অনুষ্ঠান হবে।কারণ আপনারা বলতে পারছেন যে বিয়ে বাড়ির অনুষ্ঠানে সচরাচর দুপুরবেলায় খাওয়া দাওয়ার আয়োজন করা হয়।আর যার জন্য আমার বড় ভাই জীবন আমাকে ফোন দিয়ে তাঁর বাড়ীতে ডেকে নিল।আর তার ঠিক পরে তার মা এসে আমার সাথে কথা বলার সময় আমি এই ছবিটা তুলেছি।আপনারা দেখতে পাচ্ছেন যে এখানে অনেক মানুষের জমায়েত হয়েছে কারণ এখানে খুব বড় একটি অনুষ্ঠান ধুমধাম করে করা হচ্ছে যার কারণে বাইরে থেকে অনেক বাবুর্চি এসেছে এখানে রান্নার জন্য আর এখানে বাবুর্চিরা খুব ভালো মানের রান্না উপহার দিয়ে থাকে যার জন্য তাদের দাওয়াত করে নিয়ে আনা হয়েছে আর এখানে আমরা বসে আছি যে তারা কিভাবে রান্না করছে সেদিকে মনোযোগ দেয়ার জন্য।এখানে একজন আমাদের বয়সী ভাই সে বাবুর্চির দায়িত্ব পালন করছে সে খুব ভালোভাবে রান্না করছে আমরা তাড়ানো দেখার জন্য এখানে বসে আছি.তারপরে আপ্নারা একটা জিনিস লক্ষ্য করুন যেখানে রান্না করার জন্য অনেক মাল ম্যাটেরিয়াল জিনিস এখানে রাখা হয়েছে যাতে কোন জিনিসে আমাদের কমতি না পরে আর বিশেষ করে এই রান্না করার জন্য আমাদের যত মাল ম্যাটেরিয়াল দরকার তার সবগুলো এখানে আপনারা পাবেন।আপনি দেখতে পাচ্ছেন যে মাংসগুলি সুন্দরভাবে রাখা হয়েছে কারণ মাংস রান্না করা হয়েছে এবং বিশেষ করে যে মাংস রান্না করা হয়েছে তা ভাষায় প্রকাশ করা যায় না এবং আপনি বুঝতে পারবেন না যে তারা বাইরে থেকে আসা খাবার কত সুন্দর করে রান্না করেছে।
আমরা গ্রামের মানুষজন কোন অনুষ্ঠানে বা কোন খানা বাড়িতে রান্না করার পরে এই রান্না করা জিনিস গুলো যেখানে রাখা হয় সে জায়গাটি আমরা বলে থাকি ভান্ডার খানা আর সেই ভান্ডার খানা থেকে আমাদের দুই করে বলবা ততই গামলায় সুন্দর করে ছোলার ডাল ভুনা দেবার জন্য পরিবেশন করছে।আপনারা দেখতে পাচ্ছেন যে এখানে যারা দায়িত্বে রয়েছে তারা খুব সুন্দর ভাবে এই ভাত ও মাংস খুব ভালোভাবে তারা নিয়ে আসছে দাওয়াতে লোকজনের খাওয়ানোর জন্য।আর এখানে অনেক দাঁতের লোক রয়েছে যারা অলরেডি খাওয়া-দাওয়া শুরু করে দিয়েছে।আর খুব সুন্দর ভাবে এই বিয়ের অনুষ্ঠানে খাওয়া-দাওয়া গুলো পরিবেশন করেছে ইয়াং জেনারেশন।তারা খুব সুন্দরভাবে এই খাওয়া-দাওয়া পরিবেশন করছে।আমার একটা জিনিস খটকা লেগে গেল কারণ বিয়েবাড়ির অনুষ্ঠানগুলোতে বেশিরভাগ সময় গ্যাঞ্জাম সৃষ্টি হয়ে থাকে কিন্তু আজ যে বিয়ের বাড়িতে আছি সেই বিয়ের অনুষ্ঠানে কোন গ্যাঞ্জাম নেই খুব ভালোভাবে খাওয়া দাওয়া করছে এবং খুব ভালো ভাবে আমরা এই অনুষ্ঠান তুলতে পেরেছি।আপনারা সবাই ভালো থাকবেন সুস্থ থাকবেন এই কামনা করি।
