Colorful salad for autumn days

Hello food lovers, I hope you are doing great and enjoying good food. If you feel like eating something and you don't know what, I recommend the colorful autumn salad that I made today at the very moment when I didn't know what I wanted to eat, but I knew I was hungry. 😊

It is especially good if you are not sure whether you would like to eat sweet, salty or sour because it contains all three tastes. That's the main reason I love this salad - it gives you multiple pleasures.

In addition to being colorful both visually and when it comes to taste, this salad is high in calories and will eliminate your hunger and at the same time give you energy for the whole day.

When I realized that I needed the taste of this salad, I bought all the ingredients.

You need 200 g of chicken meat.

Gherkins.

200g of boiled corn.

100g of unsalted roasted peanuts.

Half of a pomegranate.

200g of sour cream.

100g of mayonnaise and one teaspoon of mustard.

First put the meat to cook in salted water and in the meantime prepare the other ingredients.

Chop the gherkins.

Split the pomegranate in half and remove the seeds from one half.

Grind the peanuts in a chopper or blender.

When the meat is cooked, chop it into small pieces.

And now you have everything you need for this fantastic salad.

Pour all the ingredients into a large bowl.

Add sour cream, mayonnaise, mustard and salt.

And now mix everything well with a spoon.

And your salad is ready to eat!

Put it in the fridge to cool down and let each flavor take its place. I love the sweetness of the pomegranate in combination with the salty meat and the full flavor of the peanuts.
