Marinated the salmon in soy sauce, lemon juice, mirin, ginger, garlic, sesame seeds, jalepeno, and agave.
The noodles were made with butter, mirin, sake, water, xanthan gum(to thicken), fish sauce and water 😋
The veggies were sautéed in garlic, “gai-ging” (chicken seasoning) and tiger sauce (a sweet and spicy sauce) with white pepper, black pepper and dehydrated onion and garlic 💜
