Ingredients:
4-5 stalks of Chinese Broccoli aka Gai Lan
2 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
3 cloves garlic, diced
Instructions:
- Cut, rinse and drain Gai Lan.
- Dice 3 cloves of garlic.
- Add 2 tablespoon oil to wok on high heat.
- Add diced garlic and sauce.
- Add Gai Lan and stir fry until leaves wilt and stem is slightly tender. Remember not to overcook. This vegetable is best enjoyed slightly crunchy.
- Plate the Gai Lan.
- Reduce sauce.
- Drizzle sauce on top of vegetables.
