Gai lain (Chinese broccoli) with oyster sauce 😋 One of my favourite quick and easy vegetable stir fry dishes to make and eat

Ingredients:
4-5 stalks of Chinese Broccoli aka Gai Lan
2 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
3 cloves garlic, diced

Instructions:

  1. Cut, rinse and drain Gai Lan.
  2. Dice 3 cloves of garlic.
  3. Add 2 tablespoon oil to wok on high heat.
  4. Add diced garlic and sauce.
  5. Add Gai Lan and stir fry until leaves wilt and stem is slightly tender. Remember not to overcook. This vegetable is best enjoyed slightly crunchy.
  6. Plate the Gai Lan.
  7. Reduce sauce.
  8. Drizzle sauce on top of vegetables.
