Update: Here are the ingredients~
Napa (chinese) cabbage
thinly sliced rib-eye
sliced onions
mushrooms of your choice. I used enoki and shiitake.
You can add carrots for color if you want
The broth is an anchovy broth with kelp and radish.
For seasoning, 2T soup soy sauce, 3T soy sauce, 2T anchovy fish sauce. 1/2 T minced garlic
To eat: Dip the meat in egg yolk with ponsu sauce.
