Probably I will be making dongchimi kimchi tomorrow- this will be my first time making it. Tonight, we had samgyupsal with salted cabagge and picked radish slices. Fresh radish salad, grilled shiitake mushrooms, fresh garlic and pepper slices and oyster soup with zucchini. Also home made gakdduki and braised peanuts. Busy Sunday- even made fresh lemon pound cakes.
