Here is my recipe if u like to try. Enjoy. ๐Ÿ˜‹

Recipe :
A. Heat 3tbs sesame oil in pot (use a thermal pot if possible). Fry 5 thumbsize of slice ginger till it smells good.
B. Add the pork leg and stirfry it for awhile..about 2 minutes. .
C. Add 1 cup of black vinegar + 1 cup of water and let it simmer on medium heat. Add water if pork is still tough but on low heat.
D. While it is simmering, add a pinch of salt + 1tbsp of palm sugar (if don't have use brown sugar) + 4 small rock sugar. You can adjust how sweet you want. Add more rock sugar if sauce is still sour.
E. Stew till skin of pork soft that it will melt in mouth. Suggest you use thermal pot and leave it overnight. It taste super yummy the next day. Enjoy ๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹
Note 1. Attn All who wish to try..once the pork is in the pot boiling u must put on low heat to simmer. You must add water if pork is not soft enough and must let it stew slowly. This process take time and love.๐Ÿ˜Š You must keep checking. I used 1 legs + a few chunk of lean meat (hubby like). f you hv more..pls double the portion and adjust accordingly.
Note 2. Optional. You may add hard boiled eggs. I don't use eggs at all cos it will affect the taste of the sauce.
