Got to the fun part using the blow torch on the pork. Recipe from Ramen Lord and Way of ramen on YouTube. Toppings were great, still debating if making my own noodles next time is worth it or not, broth needs more bones next time and maybe another hour or 2 of cooking, and some other little flavor and ingredient adjustments.
