I'm making efforts to get my health and wellness back in check. Kale has always been a favorite food when I'm in this mode. This is my personal favorite way to prepare. It's not kimchi, more of a side dish. It is truly one of my favorite tastes.
One bushel of chopped cleaned kale
I/2 finely chopped yellow onion
4 finley chopped green onion stalks
2 tablespoons roasted sesame seed
2 tablespoons amino acids (soy substitute)
1 full tablespoon of minced garlic
1 full tablespoon of korean course red pepper flakes
1 full tablespoon of korean red pepper paste
1 tablespoon of any kind of sugar, honey, brown sugar your choice
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
