I tried this ama-ebi when i went to kanazawa market and it was awesome! I had many ama-ebi before but this one just taste different, not only sweet but theres umami flavour as well, which im not sure if its because of the eggs.
What i wanna ask is, whats the name of this ama-ebi and if its only available in japan or theres also in other country? We definitely dont have it here in melbourne coz ive searched everywhere! 😂 But they may have it in other state and i can order it from here!
