Hello Blurt Fam!
After we explored and rested, we proceeded to one of their halls for dinner. Since our bosses would arrive around 9 in the evening, they advised us to have dinner even though they were not around yet.
While having our dinner, everyone was excited for the opening of our team-building activity; however, we were disappointed because of the heavy rain.
Our activity for the night was supposed to be an outdoor activity with a bonfire, but because of the rain, we just stayed inside the hall and had some indoor activities.
Since we came from different sites and offices, we started the activity by getting to know each other, as it was our first time meeting our colleagues in person. We constantly communicate, but we hadn't met in person yet.
The first activity was filled with so much fun, and it brought the hall to life with laughter. We started to feel comfortable with each other, unlike in the morning when we were hesitant to talk to one another.
We broke a sweat during our second activity, as it involved a lot of movement. We danced and danced until everyone had a chance to go to the front and create their own dance steps for everyone to follow. Some dance steps were difficult, but others were very funny.
The activity ended around 12 AM. Everyone was already tired, but I could see the joy they had felt. We headed to our assigned rooms after the activity so we could rest because the next day's activity required a lot of energy. That's what happened on our first night at the resort, Blurtians.
