Brother's Impromptu Birthday Celebration

Hello Blurt Fam!

My younger brother celebrated his birthday last month. Since he had a scheduled trip on his birthday, he decided to celebrate it two days earlier. It was an impromptu celebration, so he informed us on the day of the event.

While I was already on duty, I received a message from my sister about the event that evening. Since we were required to be at the venue by exactly 5:30 PM, my sister and I decided to file for undertime, as the location was quite far from our place.

I left the office around 3:00 in the afternoon and headed straight home to get ready. While preparing, I waited for my brother and sister-in-law, as they also had an important matter to attend to.

We left the house around 4:00 PM. Fortunately, we avoided traffic since we left before the school and office rush hours.

Since we didn’t get caught in heavy traffic, we arrived at the venue on time and quickly greeted the birthday celebrant upon arrival.

Since we chose to have the buffet, we headed straight to the buffet area. I was immediately drawn to the beautiful presentation of the desserts, especially the donuts.

The celebration went wonderfully, and everyone in the family went home fully satisfied. That’s all, Blurtians!
