Ant Photography

A few days ago, I had teh chance to visit my garden. We don't have much plant planted yet, and weeds overgrown what I had planted some other time already.

Successive rains at night encouraged the weeds to grow but unfortunately, I don't need them at all. I removed them from the soil so I my plants will have more space to grow and breath.

But as I was doing the weeding, I saw this tiny creature on one of the weeds I removed from the soil and took my time taking its photo.

It was a great experience to do this photo session with nature; For another time, I was able to test the ability of my phone in capturing small objects in full-zoom mode with a challenge of a very shaky hand. Years of wear and tears made my hand shall as I was dealing with life in dry and wet and in hot and cold; but such is life. May be I just need a few thousand doses of medicine to fix nerve damages and everything else wil fix this shay hand of mine.

My phone does not have that macro mode and that photos I uploaded were raw. I just love how my phone focused on the subject and blurring the background for a bokeh effect.

Another challenge I had wit this photo session of an ant doing its things is that he did not notice me and he kept of walking on the plant he was on but it's good though because I was able to capture his photos from different angles without moving my hand and phone.

The ant was a great object for me and I would love to do it again but for some species somewhere when I have the chance soon.

I've ran out of words for now so I'll have to end this post for now and I'll see you around soon.
