Bismillahir Rahmanir Rahim
My dear readers, brothers and sisters, Assalamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuhu, how are you all, I hope everyone is doing well by the grace of God, I am very well with your prayers and the grace of God, Alhamdulillah. I went, especially in the evening of winter, if you can eat something hot, then its fun is different. Let's have a cup with it. Today's recipe I am sharing with you.
Vegetable pita
In the first step what I did was potatoes, beans, coriander leaves, green chillies, onions and a small amount of lentils.
What I did next was to separate the mashari dal and knead all the ingredients well with a little salt by hand so that the thing softened a bit.
What I did next was that I added mashari dal batter to all these ingredients so that the mixers could be mixed better and then I kneaded them well with my hands.
What I did next was add two flours and mix it well with little water and knead it nicely.
Then what I did was to place the pipen in the oven and put some oil in it.
Then I reduced the heat to low and deep fried the pitas until the epitope was nicely browned.
My sabzi pitha is ready. You will like this sabzi pitha with tomato sauce. My whole family enjoyed this sabzi pitha with tomato sauce and a cup of hot tea with it. We had a great evening today.
This was my recipe for today, I hope you like it, if you like it, please let me know in the comment box and if you want, you can try it once, it's a very tasty pita.
Wishing everyone to be well and stay healthy, I bid farewell here as of today. I will certainly appear among you with a new recipe. Until then, Allah Hafez Assalamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuhu.
Looks yummy.
Thanks
