introduction

"Today is gonna be amazing, lots of places to go to..... Most especially, the party which will be taking place at Ninacoza hotel."
All my days in the university was really amazing. I had few friends and we never fought within ourselves. Most of my friends lived in the school hostel, but I lived off the school Campus.

During my last days at MC-bella university, something unforgettable happened to me. I couldn't believe how i completely fell in love.

About the story( The beginning).

Honestly, during those days, I had no crush on anybody. I was focused on finishing my school before thinking of any relationship.

Nikki was a friend to Jude. He always talk about. Well, I wasn't interested about relationships. I never knew something very serious will happen on the way.

While in school, it wasn't easy for me at all, no much money, no much friends and also, very difficult for me to provide for myself. Phhheewww!!!! Life was really tough.

Jude has always been talking about Nikki to me. Well she's beautiful and rich, but I don't want to mingle with anybody. In fact, I see her as a rude person. But It's my last days in school, so I have to keep my head straight and focus.

I'm sure he did told her about me too. She had my number and called me one day.

Nikki: "hello.... Where are you?"
Me: "I'm at home, who's this?"
Nikki: "it's Nikki, Jude's friend."
Me: "okay, how are you doing Nikki?"
Nikki: "I'm cool, I want us to meet.... There's something very important to talk about."
Me: "okay..... Just text me the address."
Nikki: "sure... Goodbye."

"Who gave her my number? I know....." Only Jude can do such a thing. Well it's not a problem. Now i have to prepare myself to go and see her.

I met Nikki in the music department, well that's where she wanted us to meet. She was cool that evening, unusual of how I have been seeing her.

Her dress was very beautiful, coupled with an expensive smile on her face. Wow!! May be she's not as rude as I thought.

I met her and we shook hands. We discussed for more than 2 hrs, from 3:38pm to 6:30 pm. She was amazing, very amazing. Kinda nice person to be with.

I got home that night just thinking about her. "Wait!!!! Have I fallen in love?" This can be true. I tried my best to forget about her, but it wasn't working.

The next day was very stressful. I had to compile all my writings and project set for my defense. I was working all through the day. She called again.

She wanted us to meet again, but I told her it not going to be possible since I was very busy. "Okay, I will love to meet you at home, later in the evening" she said.

I can't say no to her.... It's okay, I agreed and sent her my address. She was very happy, I can sense it from her voice.

When she got to my house, I wanted to shake her hand but she refused and hugged me instead. That feelings again, same feelings I'm scared of.

She asked me what was the busy work I was doing...... Just reading and coupling up my project work. "Okay... That's good to hear" she said.

She help me with a lot of work. Arranged my files and she even cooked for me. Nikki can cook. Her food tasted good. That was the sweetest thing I've eaten in my house as a student... Lol

She told me that she will be present during my defense the next day. "No! You don't have to come dear" I said to her. But she insisted and promised to come.

That night, Nikki told me what Jude said about me. "All what he said is true" she said.

"How? I don't understand you" I asked.
Well she just said that he told her a lot of good things about me and that she truly has confirmed it. "It's true, very true" she said.

We also played chess together. Gosh!!! She's damn good.

At about 9:25pm, I escorted her to her hostel. When I got home, she called, asking if I'm home already. "Yeah for sure....." I replied.

Wow!!! It's unbelievable. Now I'm completely overwhelmed with the thoughts of her. Nikki in my head, Nikki in my eyes, Nikki in my mind, Nikki everywhere.

My project defense

Early the next morning I called her and asked her to pray for me. She was amazing. Even prayed for me on call, nice prayers.

During my defense that day, all I was looking at was her face, it gave me more confident. I tried my best that day, Jude and Nicholas were also there.

"You did well Steve" Nicholas said to me while we were discussing outside the department. While I was still talking to Nicholas and Jude, Nikki just came out from nowhere and hugged me, pecked me and said she loved what I did in there.

I think I did well, because all my friends gave a good remark about my defense.

That day, Nikki followed me again. She couldn't leave my side. Well I'm beginning to like to her. Yeah I do... She's amazing though.

Quiet time

One week before the party at Ninacoza hotel, we had a good time together. We decided to hangout alone. Yeah I remember, she bought three trousers and jackets for me.

We also went out one evening. I was very nervous that evening. I have never fallen in love before... It was like a new thing entirely. We went out to a quiet place, with cool breeze and melodous song from the birds.

She was funny, bought drinks for us while we were chatting. There was something she told me that got my hair standing straight.

"Steve... I have been crushing on you for a very long time. I don't know how to say this, but i am truly in love with you... Please, I love being around you." She said.

Boom!!! I have never faced such a situation before. Very difficult for me to handle. But also did loved her. She's calm, nice and good to be with.

When we stood up, about going..... She held my hands and kissed me. I was speechless, confused and very soft at that moment. That was my first kiss. Wow!! Just couldn't believe it.

The day for the party at Ninacoza hotel was also unforgettable. A lot of people were there. Nikki came with her friend, his name is Collins.

During the party, I looked for Nikki but couldn't see her. When I called, she said she was helping her friends with their dresses. Okay.... That wasn't bad, though I let her know that I wanted to see her, so she should be fast about it.

The place was crowded and very noisy. A call came in, it was Jude. So I went out to pick the call. What I saw that night truly broke my heart. I couldn't believe it. Nikki and Collins kissing... Gosh!!! I went in immediately, without letting them know.

When she came to me,she noticed my mood... I wasn't happy, I felt like crying. I didn't forced her into relationship, I thought it was a mutual feelings, but damn!! That wasn't it.

She asked me what the problem is but I refused to tell her. I couldn't dance that night. She completely ruined my night.

I went home immediately, and guess what..... it was as if I should cry... Lol. She made me fell in love with her and now she's hurting me, it's truly unfair.

She came in and met me playing some games in my phone. I told her I was fine, I only had a headache. She insisted and pleaded that I should tell her. Well I had to.

When I told her, she was very surprised, she thought I didn't see them. She began crying. She pleaded that Collins was just giving her a goodbye kiss since they're not going to see each other again for a very long time.

I didn't believed her... I asked her to leave, just wanna be alone. She left crying. It hurts me seeing her crying, but I just wanna be alone for some time first before knowing what to do.
