Today I gathered parsley and I will cut it into salads and into the freezer for the winter. I like to add parsley to salads, I think all over the world they love this green.
It can be eaten raw and added to different dishes. Here I have it big and lush for the second year. It overwintered and now curly and juicy.
In winter, we take parsley out of the freezer and add fresh parsley to salads and soups. It seems to be just plucked.
