The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: If the first decline of the Children of Israel had started in such a way that if one person saw another person doing something wrong, he would forbid him and say, 'Look, fear Allaah and do not do that.' But in spite of their disobedience, the counselor, Gon, continued to eat and drink with them because of their previous relationship. When this became widespread, Allah united their hearts with one another. That is to say, the hearts of the righteous were made like the hearts of the disobedient because of their relationship. Then he recited the verses of the Qur'an in favor of Huzur (Luinna Lajina Kaffuru) to (Fushikun). Keep the oppressor away from oppression and keep him on the right path (Targib Abu Dawood Tirmidhi)
In another hadith, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) sat up in a state of emotion and swore that he would not be released until he brought them back to oppression.
It has been narrated in a hadith that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) swore that you should enjoin what is right and forbid what is wrong. The curse was upon the children of Israel.
