Final piece
So some days ago I was contacted by a client to make an art portrait which she wanted to gift someone. Before I started work, I was already thinking how I will make this portrait whether to make it landscape or seascape view, because of how the nature of the reference photo.
So I took a bold step and proceeded to making a landscape portrait on a 16/20 inches size portrait.
Below are the materials used
- Pelican Paper
- General Charcoal Pencil
- Mono eraser
- Graphite pencil
- Charcoal dust
- Tissue paper
- Brushes
- Blending stump

done with the face and clothe, now proceeding to making the background
To make the background I use a cellotape to creat a boarder so the Shading stays on in the enclosure created by the tape, then I start Shading and blending.
Final piece framed.
