For today's drawing I was thinking of going back to complete a certain story. Not really complete more like add to. When I was drawing the dragon Veneryx I did mention the creature he hates the most is like a hydra snake and that is an enemy he finds very hard to beat. I had pictured drawing the Hydra initially with an episode drawing of their encounter. For today am drawing the Hydra snake. Still thinking of a name as of the time of this writing, probably would have think of one before the end of the post. Hydra as I believe is mostly related to things with multiple heads when ever I here that name and see movie ideas about it. That was why I called it hydra snake as a species because the snake would have quite some number of heads. And capable of regrowing them if cut. I guess that's why Veneryx hates it. But it also dislike Veneryx as well especially since Veneryx flames do internal and spiritual damage.

Para el dibujo de hoy estaba pensando en volver para completar una cierta historia. No realmente completo más como agregar. Cuando estaba dibujando el dragón Venew, mencioné que la criatura que más odia es como una serpiente de Hydra y eso es un enemigo que encuentra muy difícil de superar. Me había imaginado dibujando la hidra inicialmente con un dibujo de episodio de su encuentro. Por hoy estoy dibujando la serpiente Hydra. Todavía pensando en un nombre a partir de la época de esta escritura, probablemente habría pensado en uno antes del final del puesto. Introducing the Hydra snake and Veneryx worst enemy with the name being Menessara. Yup I finally thought of a name right now. Menessara has five minor heads and one big major one which is proportional to the body. And Menessara is a female serpent. Like most serpents she dwells in cave sir sometimes the forest but made her home around a mountain side. She is a large enough snake to match the weight of a dragon and bigger than a human size. Big belly means big meals right. Funny thing in my story it means little as she does not need to eat too much just a little with seat her some days. Menessara is a smart creature like the dragons and humans and so acts only as she pleases.the five heads are attached along the center of the body and spread out. Which she has a wing that she can stretch upon like a glider although it can fly slightly but not too far Menessa has the ability to detach the five heads to move independently but only for a time limit of five minutes how ever if she detaches just one she can stay longer provided she transfers full consciousnesd to that one and then the whole body goes to sleep living he to move as that small one. All though it's still not that small either. But that's how she moves about without causing much commotion when ever she wants to sneak into places unknown and mostly Menessara barely leaves the mountain in her large size and most moves far distance with the single small serpent body although there is a time limit of 30hrs.
If that single piece those not return to the main body in 30hours it's likely she won't be able to return to the main body again. So she does not stretch it that much. But if the main body is quite close by she can stay for longer. She does like to cause trouble to humans though just for the sake of it and can sometimes be wild just for the sake of it. Menessara is well feared by the adventurers as they don't want to cross her part she's very slippery and most do not come back alive especially with her regenerative powers to add to it.
Her major abilities are the multiple head advantage. Also the usual snake venom but her venom is weak one despite how large she is it won't kill instantly it's just like ordinary normal small snake venoms. Next is her regenerative ability however it does have a number limit. It is based on the time period before she shades skin again. So she can regenerate six times at most. However she is well capable to fight that there is barely need for that. If there is any hidden ability I may mention along the way.
Along the rampage she can cause sometimes she landed in the territory of Veneryx and that was very much not appreciated. And ended up in a destructive battle that caused them both major damage. That story will be told in a letter time. Another power she posseses form her exploit not so long was the ability to transform into a human with the aid of an amulet she stole from an ancient ruin that she once explored. What's next awaits to be seen.

The drawing starts with a shape of base form being drawn. I used an artistic brush for it from the sketchbook app.
I dublicated the layer with the drawing on it especially since I wanted the color to be mostly black in nature.
The main head was next and I added a bit of purple design with red eyes and some lighter segment lines. Also the top side of the body is was colored purple to make it a purple black mixture.
The other hydra heads where giving slight details with the purple mix to it too. A texture tool with red color was used to add texture to the snake back body and the belly side a bit white also a bit of it on the back as well.
Lastly was the addition of a transparent spread part like an insect wing. I used a light inking pen with low opacity to do the transparent part.
The background is just a simple dark mist.
