In the post I shared of Stan Lee almost two weeks back, stated that I got photos of Roberto de Niro and Al Pacino. What I failed to mention however was that somehow for some reason, I didn't know that they were very close friends and that for decades even.
It came as a shock.

The moment I saw this particular photo, my heart yearned to impress it on paper mainly because of the depth cause it's been a while since I made portraits with depth. I stopped doing that initially because I thought the paper medium I was using was not thick enough to withstand the pen pressure. It turned out however that it was the way I applied pressure that was wrong. It took months of observation and no professional advise however to discover. Luckily, now I have professional advise 😁

I was able to make this sketch with my 8B Stædtler and 10B Bianyo pencils. Would've loved to say much about his movies but I haven't seen them in a while.... feel free to leave your comments below or better still your favourite movie of his.

I almost didn't recognize him. Hehe. He is quite younger here to the face I remember when I saw the Joker movie.

You're very talented 🥰
