One day it was a wall and now it is an alley. New art in the neighborhood!
Unfortunately the cameras were really there, not painted in. What I am wondering, 'Who is on the other end of those cameras?' There are three policemen on every block and another couple policewomen on the corners. Some residents install cameras to see what is on the block - usually before opening the door to leave or answer it. I think residents need to attach their cameras to their own wall (like above the door). They would not be permitted to use public utility poles.
The other thing is that the windows and bars that are front facing are all real and the painted alley just matches them. I love this kind of stuff.
