Many of us are partial to cats. It's so nice, opening the door of the house after a long day at work, to stumble upon a cute face that is waiting for you sitting under the door. At the sight of this creature, all the troubles and problems go out of sight, and you understand that you are not somewhere, namely, at home, where you are always expected.
It is up to you to decide which breed to give preference to, but one thing is certain that Persian cats have been the most popular among the rest for several decades. Maybe this happened because they appeared in the vastness of the country not so long ago and therefore interest in them did not fade away. They were brought by employees of the diplomatic services in the late 80s, in an amount of just over 10 pieces, so they were considered a great rarity and great luxury.
Huge beautiful eyes, a small flattened nose, protruding ears and cheeks make Persian cats look like a soft toy. But these are the same cats, like all the others, each of which has its own individual character. Although they are considered recumbent "sofa cushions", they show maximum agility in catching moths or other flying insects, and are also always happy when they are played with. It's just that long years of living in comfortable conditions have made them more passive and calm.
