I find this actually offensive and old fashioned, the fact that a man has to 'groom' a woman to fit what HE wants. What about what the woman wants? What about the fact that she should be perfect just as she is, and shouldn't change for anyone? Your post also contradicts itself - you say 'stop trying to change her' and then 'teach her' so you can 'groom her' to be what YOU want.

Sure, relationships need patience, I agree with that!

Always try to understand that women are weaker vessels that's the reason why we have to be gentle with them.

No I don't, as I don't believe woman are weaker than men. They are strong in many ways.
