A person like me, If you dare to touch me when I am stressed, you may lose an eye or tooth. No just talk to me, not to talk of touching me.
How about clubbing? You want to use loud music to dead my spirit kpatapata. Did you say I should take a walk? No be strength them dey use for trekking?
Mine is just left me to sleep. let me just drink water sleep and wake up when I am stressed.
But this is me and what works for me... How about you?
How do you manage your stress? Do you understand how your nerves and other body systems respond to stress?
This is very important because if you don't know how to manage stress, you will be adding more stress to your body and you will not produce good results when you work...
