On holiday in my village, in Nigeria Rivers state and Emohua LGA to be precise, here is a process of making garri in my village is so unique and distinct it's the uniqueness of Africa, after going to farm to harvest the cassava, we pilled it, grained it and then bagged it and tied it with a stick and after this then we fry the garri, I really love this it's been a while love our unique styles
