THE EXPERIENCE (MY WORK EXPERIENCE UNDER INDIVIDUALS)

INTRODUCTION

Hello incredible minds!How is the day going!. I have been away from blurt from a very long time. It wasn't because I loss interest, it was because I had to aline with to a hectic work which has given me little or no time to do what I love to do which is blurting. In this article, I would love to share some experience which I encountered work under individuals.

Do you have a higher staff in you work place?Do you work for an individual?How do you feel around those higher staff or your employer?

There are thousands and one people around the world who feel unsecured around their employers or those higher than them in their work place even when the rightfully fulfill all task required of them. This might give you a false impression or lead you to a very intelligent question.

If you do what you are meant to do ,why feel unsecured or rather uncomfortable around higher work colleagues?

You might do all the task required of you, you might over work yourself in other to please them but still get scolded or shouted upon. You might be the most punctual individual, most reliable, trust worthy but still don't get an accolade for your good deeds but yes indeed you are lacking something.

A Vast number of us can relate or might have had such encounter before and most of us which overcame the situation will agree with me that when working for an individual, the first task which you should emback on is to study and understand him or her. He might be the type that get angry at any slighted mistake, she might be the hot tempered type, she might be the always demanding type. They vital step of studying and understanding the individual will guide you in that path you are to take, as every individual have different views, ideas, behavior and ways of reacting to situation.
I believe by applying this little suggestions we all will enjoy our relationship with higher staff and colleagues in our work place..
