As a coach, you are the sole instructor to your players. They listens to you while you give them the best tactics/strategies that can make the team emerge victorious.

There would be no team without a manager, and also, no manager without a team.

The job of a manager is broad. He conducts and direct the players on their various roles on the pitch.

As a manager, I am a teacher to my players. Sometimes, I get to tell them what do on the field. But also, most things I said to them would probably stay with them for the rest of their lives.

Below are five good reasons why I love managing.

Helping my players upgrade their level of performances.

Just like pep gardiola, which is my best coach, he upgrades players. Let's take Foden, or even let's take Sterling. Okay Sterling was a good player even when he was at Liverpool, but now in Manchester city, his strength and abilities has increased, all because of the coach's tactics and strategies.
Sometimes, how you coach your team matters a lot. It might either have a positive or negative impact in them. It's good to have a coach who can make a player step up his playing ability.

So being a coach, I am mandated to help improve the abilities of my players if I want a good result.

Create that zeal and passion within my players.

If you ever want to win a trophy and you think you can do it only with your ability, you will lose. Passion is a sole thing in every good footballer. It is what drives a player to love and play the game with the whole of his hearts.
Being a coach, creating this passion will be another major thing to do.

How?

Consistent training..... Let your players training continuously, and also, feature most of them in every match. Let them know that player the game is there ultimate job. They can do better and have that passion if they are focused on playing for everybody and not just for themselves.

Instilling Confidence in my players.

When a player has that fear of failure, they will have poor work performance.
Most players are very good, but don't have confidence in what they do. As a player, you should be positive minded.

And also, as a coach, it is another thing to clear my players minds off that failure mentality and allow them to see everything as victory.

I must make sure there is unity and cooperation....

If a team is United, it's the manager. If it's divided, the manager.

But as for me, I will make sure that I create unity within my team, it helps a lot, like very well. Also not only within my players, but between me and them also. A team is much more stronger if they stay United and have good relationship with their manager. That will be one of my targets.

I will Target being the best coach I can be.

As a good player, you are known for your uniqueness, but there are also many players who are good but have different strategies and playing styles. We have many coaches with different ways of coaching. I want to be the best for my team and for my supporters.

As a manager, all my efforts and tactics will be towards achieving great things for my team. In my first year, I would love to work hard on my team, bring good players, put more efforts and make sure I win a trophy for my club.

It's been pep Gardiola all the way. He has been my everyday football coach. Head's straight towards winning and emerging victorious.

Bottom line

Being a coach has a lot of tasks to do, because you have you impact your players both physically and mentally. You have to make sure you win.

The main aim/target of a good manager is winning games and winning trophies.
